AI Safety and Crisis Protocol Summary
Last updated: August 30, 2026
Immediate support may be needed
Z.V.I. cannot provide emergency or crisis support, and conversations are not monitored by a human in real time. If you may harm yourself or someone else, stop using Z.V.I. and contact real-world help now.
What Z.V.I. is—and is not
Z.V.I. is an AI-generated spiritual guidance experience. It is intended for spiritual, educational, inspirational, and personal-growth purposes. It is not a human being, emergency service, medical provider, therapist, psychiatrist, counselor, or crisis service.
Automated safeguards and their limits
Z.V.I. uses automated AI systems designed to identify certain statements indicating suicidal ideation, self-harm, harm to others, or other dangerous conduct. When such content is identified, Z.V.I. is designed to avoid responses that encourage, facilitate, or provide instructions for harmful conduct and, where appropriate, to direct the user to crisis or emergency resources.
Automated safeguards are imperfect. They may not recognize every safety concern, and they may not always produce an appropriate response. A response from Z.V.I.—including a safety-oriented response—is not an assessment, diagnosis, or substitute for help from a qualified person who understands your circumstances. When Z.V.I.’s automated systems identify content indicating possible suicidal ideation or self-harm, the Service is designed to provide information directing the user to appropriate crisis resources.
No human monitoring or emergency response
No human monitors conversations in real time. ZVI LLC may not know your identity, location, or circumstances. Z.V.I. does not contact emergency services, clinicians, family members, or other third parties on your behalf.
